You know that turkey testing I blogged about before? I took the testing and made turkey mushroom egg rolls. To my surprise, I WON! I won a $5,000 scholarship to the Culinary Institute of America based on my video I submitted. I could not have done it with out the help of my friends and family voting for me and of course Erika Collins for filming the video!
