For lunch I decided to have some buttered noodles! I have had this food since I was a toddler. It's straight up comfort food! The noodles are so simple and delicious! You just cook any type of pasta, today I chose small shells because they are so cute! I tossed them with butter, salt, pepper, some parsley, and Parmesan cheese.I almost forgot the secret ingredient: McCormick brand chicken seasoning! I use it on almost everything I make. It is just a blend of salt, onion, garlic, and different peppers! You can not taste it much but it is absolutely Delicious!

Buttered Noodles
For lunch I decided to have some buttered noodles! I have had this food since I was a toddler. It's straight up comfort food! The noodles are so simple and delicious! You just cook any type of pasta, today I chose small shells because they are so cute! I tossed them with butter, salt, pepper, some parsley, and Parmesan cheese.I almost forgot the secret ingredient: McCormick brand chicken seasoning! I use it on almost everything I make. It is just a blend of salt, onion, garlic, and different peppers! You can not taste it much but it is absolutely Delicious!
Chili!
So for dinner I made chili. First, I took three pounds of ground beef and browned it with cumin, chili powder, salt, pepper, and some tomato paste. Then I took two cans of diced tomatoes(one onion and tomato, other green chilies and tomato). Then I took a can of corn for flavor and color :), It has to look appealing!I also added some green peppers to the mix for a little heat and more color.I never drained any of the cans because then i never needed to add water to the chili. I then took a small can of tomato paste to thicken the chili and a can of tomato sauce as well. That was the base of my chili. I added lots of seasoning to flavor the chili. You can make it anyway you want it to be, i chose warm. It wasn't just normal mild chili, it had a kick after it. I added about two tablespoons of Tabasco sauce, a little chipotle mustard( I know it sounds gross but you can't taste the mustard at all!It just added a ton of heat!), salt , pepper, lots of chili powder, diced garlic, some McCormick chicken seasoning, and a secret ingredient that brought out extra flavor :) It was so good, especially with a little cheese to cool it down some. Just make sure you have a drink near by!
